HILTON TOKYO HOTEL, Tokyo – Your ideal downtown stay

The hotel offers very clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms that were among the best I've experienced in Tokyo, despite needing an upgrade. The service was outstanding and the location was excellent, with convenient access to Shinjuku Station. The dining options were outstanding, but some areas could use improvement.

The hotel offers very comfy and top-notch rooms with club lounge access. It may not be large, but it was very clean and spacious compared to most other hotels I've been to in Japan. The service was excellent, with polite and seriously helpful staff who assisted with every requirement. The location is great for exploring Tokyo, within easy access to several underground lines and close to a local garden/park. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a large selection of brilliant omelettes and various hot main dishes. Overall, a superb choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience at a good value.

I felt a bit of Japanese vibe in the room with what looked like Hiragana writing on the carpet, which was cool. The hotel can be a little pricey for tourists, but the towel supply was excellent in size and very clean. The service was super professional and courteous, almost like dealing with a chatbot, but in a good way. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even offering to move our luggage without us being present. The location was perfect, just a quick walk or taxi ride from the main station and shopping areas, or you could hop on the free shuttle provided by the hotel. The dining experience was absolutely amazing with various varieties and the facilities were at a whole other level.

The hotel's rooms were bright, spacious, and pleasantly scented, with a convenient working desk for late business calls. The glass-walled shower room, which can be closed off for privacy, was a nice touch. The service was attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist with purchases and making apologies when needed. The location offered a mix of environments, from a business-like setting to easy access to shopping areas and vibrant nightlife. The dining options, though busy, catered to various tastes and provided a decent selection. Overall, a fine stay with excellent features and a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with all facilities working perfectly, including a brilliant shower and large toiletry area in the bathroom. Although undergoing renovations during our stay, the rooms provided a great view of Shinjuku. Service was exceptional, with staff willingly assisting in booking Japanese breakfast or organizing transfers and tour guides. The location was superb, with easy access to train lines and a convenient underground walkway directly to the hotel. Dining options were good overall, with room for improvement. The hotel offers a range of facilities to enhance the guest experience.
